Zainab Memorial Academy Katsina (ZMAK) hosted its first Speech and Prize Giving Day and graduation of its first set of ss3 students. The programme was held in the school premises and it has in attendance hundreds of parents and invited guests.
The programme was full of interesting events, showcase of talents, launch of magazine and presentation of prizes among others.
The theme of the program is “The role of parents and teachers on student’s academic performance” and a paper was presented on the topic by Dr. Aminu Salisu who is a deputy director from school of continuing education of Umaru Musa Yaradua University Katsina.
The Principal during his speech made mention of some remarkable achievements by the school. He commend parents on their cooperation with the school management and called on the graduands to continue to work hard as they further their education at tertiary level.
The proprietor and the board of directors were present at the event. It was such an interesting programme and had in attendance some very important personalities.
